Judge won't postpone testimony in Qwest case.

A federal judge rejected a request by the U.S. Intelligence
Community to postpone testimony from a potential witness in a
civil fraud case against five former Qwest officials, including
former chief executive Joe Nacchio. Government
attorneys stated the testimony of telecom expert Sharon Black
"reasonably could be expected to cause damage to the foreign
relations, national defense and national security of the Black took the stand Tuesday during a hearing held to determine whether certain expert witnesses will be allowed to testify during trial, if the case goes that far. Black received preliminary approval.
