This update concerns the Kerber v. Qwest  case (Pension Death Benefits case).
 
 
We received permission from the Denver Federal Court judge to go forward with the Second Amended Complaint which now has 5 plaintiffs.  As reported in my November 1 update, we have expanded the case with the intent to protect the rights of hundreds of recent retirees, persons who ended employment at Qwest since January 1, 2004 and have been told they will not receive the Pension Death Benefit.  Your can download and read the Second Amended Complaint by going to this URL at the AUSWR website: http://www.uswestretiree.org/MotiontoFileSecondAmendedComplaint.pdf
