Prosecutors want Nacchio in court for new sentence
© 2010 The Associated Press
March 15, 2010, 11:33PM The Nacchio is serving a six-year prison term
after being convicted on insider trading charges. A federal
appeals court last year ruled the sentence was too harsh because
the trial judge miscalculated Nacchio's gains. Nacchio's attorneys said in a court filing
earlier this month that he was waiving his right to appear in
court for the new sentencing hearing.
